Phyllis Ann Green, 77, of Tappahannock departed this life on July 15 at her nephew’s home in Hampton. She is survived by a sister, Margaret Giles of Hampton and a brother, Alfred Giles of Richmond and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 25 at 2 p.m. at New Liberty Baptist Church, Milford.

Keith Alexander Jackson, 72, of St. Stephens Church departed this life on July 11 at his residence. She is survived by a son, Demond Garnett of Callao, a sister, Deborah Rich and a brother, Tony Rich both of California and her best friend, James Garnett of Callao.
