William A. Washington, 95, of Tappahannock departed this life on January 13 at his residence.
He is survived by a daughter, Sylvia Washington and a grandson, Keith Washington both of Tappahannock, two brothers-in-law: Earl Holmes of Tappahannock and Rudolph Washington of Williamsburg and two great grandsons: Jakobe Washington and Jakeem L. Budd.
The viewing will be held on Sunday, January 19 from 3-5 p.m. at Washington Funeral Home, Tappahannock. The funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20 at 1 p.m. at St. John Baptist Church, Tappahannock. Rev. Jonathan Mercer, Pastor. The interment will be in the church cemetery.
