William Edward Ashlock

William Edward Ashlock, 86, of Caret departed this life on December 20.

He is survived by his wife, Emma D. Ashlock of Caret, a step-daughter, Debbie Harris of Richmond and a step-son, Willie Pugh Jr. of Richmond.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, December 28 from 5-7 p.m. at Washington Funeral Home, 1404 Tappahannock Blvd., Tappahannock. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 29 at 12 noon in the Essex High School auditorium, 833 High School Circle, Tappahannock. The interment will be the cemetery of New Liberty Baptist Church, 33030 Sparta Rd., Milford. Rev. Dr. W.T. Carter, Pastor. 

A mask or face covering must be worn to all services.
