Walter Junior Burrell

Walter Junior Burrell 77 of Laneview departed this life on Oct. 29 in a Richmond hospital.

He is survived by his wife, Annie Burrell, two daughters: Georgetta Brown of Pennsylvania and Denova Rowe of Williamsburg; five sons: Randy Brown of Pennsylvania, Walter Burrell II of Pennsylvania, Jonathan Burrell of Richmond, Octavis Burrell of Pennsylvania and Douglas Parker of Pennsylvania; two sisters: Wilhelmina Richards of Fredericksburg and Alison Coleman of Hustle; five brothers: George Burrell of Laneview, Quincey Burrell, James Robert Burrell and Calvert Burrell all of Pennsylvania and William Burrell of Fredericksburg.

The viewing will be held on Friday, Nov. 8 from 1-3 p.m. at Washington Funeral Home, Tappahannock. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 9 at 11 a.m. at Union Shiloh Baptist Church, 3 Union Shiloh Rd., Jamaica. The interment will be in the church cemetery.
