Viola L. Braxton

Viola L. Braxton, 91, of Stevensville departed this life on November 16 at her residence.

She is survived by four daughters: Jerline Holmes of Mascot, Dyanne Gardner of Richmond, Prenell Braxton of Stevensville and Jennifer Braxton of King William, two sons: Charles Braxton of Matthews and Nelson Braxton of Tappahannock, two sisters: Josephine Johnson of Tappahannock and Dorothy Harris of Stevensville and two brothers: George Draper of North Carolina and Raymond Draper of Stevensville.

The viewing will be on Friday, November 26 from 4-6 p.m. at Washington Funeral Home,  Tappahannock. A funeral service will be held on the river shore at the L. Latane Trice Bridge on Rt. 629 in Walkerton, on Saturday, November 27 at 11 a.m.  The interment will immediately follow the service at Wayland Baptist Church, Stevensville. Rev.
