Sharon Garnett Scott

Sharon Garnett Scott, 64, of Port Royal formerly of Essex County departed this life on June 18 in a King George nursing home.

She is survived by a sister, Constance Garnett Johnson of Hustle, two brothers: Larry D. Garnett also of Hustle and Kenneth W. Garnett of Midlothian and a host of nieces and nephews.

The viewing will be held on Thursday, June 26 from 2-4 p.m. at Washington Funeral Home, Tappahannock. The funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27 at 3 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 5338 Tidewater Trail, Loretto. The interment will be in the church cemetery.
