Samuel Willson Green

Samuel Willson Green, 78, of Richmond departed this life on May 11 at his residence.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Green, seven daughters: Shirley Tyler, Dora Butler, Rosetta Richardson all of Tappahannock, Candace Green of Richmond, Gwendolyn Dabney of Tappahannock, Donna Rucker and Damita Perry both of Richmond; two sons: Alfred Roane of Tappahannock and David Perry of Richmond.

The viewing will be held on Friday, May 15 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Washington Funeral Home, Tappahannock. A graveside funeral will be held on Saturday, May 16 at 12 noon at Beulah Baptist Church, Tappahannock. Rev. Floyd Johnson, Pastor
