Rosa Etta Roane

Rosa Etta Roane, 88 of Pittsburgh, PA formerly of Essex County departed this life on June 13.

She is survived by a son, Ernest B. Horton (Evelyn), a sister, Shirley Chester and two brothers: Benjamin Horton (Barbara) and McCurtis Horton (Marcel) and grandchildren: Ernest Aaron Horton, Constance Faith Horton and Dawna Grace Horton, as well as many other relatives and friends.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, June 24 from 2-5 p.m. at Washington Funeral Home, Tappahannock. The graveside funeral service will be held on Friday, June 25 at 1 p.m. at First Union Baptist Church, Tappahannock.
