Robert Douglas Johnson "Bob"

Robert D. Johnson, 71, of St. Stephens Church departed this life on Sunday, May 19 in a local hospital.

He is survived by a daughter, Lavera Hamilton, a son, Robert D. Johnson Jr. (Toya), two sisters: Patricia Johnson of St. Stephens Church and Ann Johnson of Center Cross; two granddaughters; Carlee Hamilton and Jordyn Johnson and a grandson, Carter Hamilton.

A viewing will be on Friday, May 24 from 5- 8 p.m. at First Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Newtown, where the funeral service will take place on Saturday, May 25 at 1 p.m. Rev. Drucilla Tate Pollard, Pastor. The interment will be in the church cemetery
