Richard Thornton Tompkins

Richard Thornton Tompkins, 99, of Dunnsville departed this life on Nov. 18.

He is survived by a sister, Charlotte Ann Morris of Howerton and a host of nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 29 at 11 a.m. in the Chapel of Washington Funeral Home, 1404 Tappahannock Blvd., Tappahannock. A viewing will be held one hour before the service. The interment will be in the Oak Grove Baptist Church cemetery, 1906 Bestland Rd., Dunnsville.
