Phillip Nelson

Phillip Nelson, 59, of Champlain departed this life on Dec. 18.

He is survived by his wife, Susie Jones Nelson, a daughter, Olivia Yarbrough, a sister, Phyllis Gray (Mark) and six brothers: Jerry Nelson, James Nelson (Alfreda), Kenneth Nelson (Kim), Bobby Nelson (Sarah), Michael Nelson and Brian Nelson (Larvern).

The viewing will be held on Saturday, Jan. 3 from 10-11 a.m. at Antioch Baptist Church, 454 Lloyds Rd., Champlain, where the funeral service will immediately follow at 11 a.m. The interment will be in the church cemetery.
