Michael Fitzgerald Deyo

Michael Fitzgerald Deyo, 55, of Newtown departed this life on September 1 in a Mechanicsville hospital.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Frances Deyo of Newtown, a daughter, April White of Richmond, a son, Michael K. White of Ruther Glen, a sister, Maxine Deyo of Newtown and three brothers: Wallace Deyo, Jr. of Newtown, Wayne Deyo of St. Stephens Church and Russell Deyo of Richmond.

The viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 8 from 3-5 p.m. at Washington Funeral Home, 1404 Tappahannock Blvd., Tappahannock. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 9 at 11 a.m. at First Mt. Olive Baptist Church, 7820 Newtown Rd., Newtown. Rev. Drucilla Tate, Pastor
