Mary Isabelle (Ross) Simmons

Mary Isabelle Ross Simmons “Pecka”, 57, of Albany, GA formerly of Tappahannock departed this life on December 7.

She is survived by her husband, Joe Simmons and four children: Sonya Ross, Bettina Dabney, Shatasha Dabney and Michael Dabney

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 21 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John Baptist Church, 155 St. John Church Rd., Tappahannock
