Mary Elizabeth Pollard

Mary Elizabeth Pollard, 80, of St. Stephens Church departed this life on May 5 at her residence.

She is survived by a son, Minister Danny Pollard (Brenda), two daughters: Pamela Reed and Celestine Gaines all of St. Stephens Church, a step-daughter, Doris Henderson of Alexandria, five sisters: Frances, Mildred, Margret, Mae Dean and Maxine and two brothers: William (Carolyn) and John C. (Ethel).

The viewing will be held on Friday, May 13 from 4-7 p.m. at First Mt. Olive Baptist Church, 7820 Newtown Rd., Newtown, where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 14 at 3 p.m. Rev. Drucilla Pollard, Eulogist.
