Lazarus Enos Boone, Sr.

Lazarus E. Boone, Sr., 88, of Tappahannock departed this life on Sept. 19 at his residence.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Boone, a daughter, Tamara Howard of Tappahannock and three sons: Daryle Boone of Tappahannock,  Lavar Boone of Tappahannock and Lazarus Boone Jr. of Norfolk.

The viewing will be held on Friday, Sept. 27 from 4-6 p.m. at Washington Funeral Home, 1404 Tappahannock Blvd., Tappahannock. The funeral service will be on Sept. 28 at 11 a.m. at First Union Baptist Church, 497 Rexburg Loop, Tappahannock. The interment will be in the church cemetery.
