Kevin Burrell

Kevin Burrell, 65, of Edgewood, MD formerly of Essex County departed this life on May 5 at his residence.

He is survived by his wife Angelina Burrell of Edgewood, MD, his mother, Mary J. Burrell of Tappahannock, four daughters: Brenda Cook of Chesapeake, Deandra Cooke, Diamond Sampson and Nehiemiah Bell all of Maryland; a son, Kevin Burrell of Chesapeake; eight sisters: Levern Miller (Clarence) of Laneview, Erva Veney of Tappahannock, Mary Gaines of Hustle, Arlene Gail Wormley (Dennis) of Dunnsville, Sandra Burrell of Woodbury, NJ, Rhonda Burrell of Tappahannock, Sherrie Burrell and Lori Burrell both of Fredericksburg and two brothers: Abraham Burrell of Laneview and Raymond Hammond (Yvonne) of Apple Valley, CA.

The viewing will be held on Friday, May 22 from 4-6 p.m. at Washington Funeral Home, Tappahannock. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 23 at 11 a.m. at Good Hope Baptist Church, 342 Johnville Rd., Dunnsville. The interment will immediately follow the service at Union Shiloh Baptist Church, 3 Union Shiloh Lane, Jamaica.
