Joseph Heath Dabney

Joseph Heath Dabney, 56, of St. Stephens Church departed this life on Dec. 7.

He is survived by his parents: Keith Jackson and Lue Jackson of St. Stephens Church; two sisters: Amanda Pollard of Tappahannock and Danielle Jackson of St. Stephens Church and a brother, Arthur Jackson of Richmond.

The viewing will be held on Friday, Dec 22 from 3-5 p.m. at Washington Funeral Home, 1404 Tappahannock Blvd., Tappahannock. The funeral service will be on Saturday, Dec. 23 at 11 a.m. at First Mt. Olive Baptist Church, 7820 Newtown Rd., Newtown. Rev. Drucilla Pollard, Pastor. The interment will be in the church cemetery.
