John L. Pugh

John L. Pugh, 89, of Champlain departed this life on Thursday, August 8.

He is survived by his children: Martha Newman of King George, John Edward Pugh of Champlain, Barbara Ann Campbell of Tappahannock, Florence Brown of Port Royal and Craig Parson (Wanda) of Colonial Beach; a sister, Charlotte Pugh of Fredericksburg and two brothers: Willie Pugh of Tappahannock of Robert Pugh of New Jersey. 

The viewing will be held on Wednesday, August 14 from 1-7 p.m. at Washington Funeral Home, Tappahannock. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 15 at 12 noon at Antioch Baptist Church, Champlain. Rev. Daniel A. Goodall, Pastor. The interment will be in the church cemetery
