John Cecil Baytops, 92, of Tappahannock departed this life at his residence on February 4.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his son Larry (Sandra), two grandsons: William and Michael Holmes; two great-granddaughters: Camila and Kamiah Holmes; special friends: Louis and Elizabeth Burton, Janet Burney and family, and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
The viewing will be held on Saturday, February 8 from 2 – 5 p.m. at Washington Funeral Home, Tappahannock. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 9 at 2 p.m. at Union Hope Baptist Church, Center Cross. Bishop Alvin Hargrove, Pastor. The interment will be in the church cemetery.
