James Acree, Jr. Obituary

James Elwood Acree, Jr, 78, of West Point departed this life on Nov. 28.

He is survived by a daughter, Jorita Garrett (Edward) of Newport News.

The viewing will be held on Friday, Dec. 6 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Washington Funeral Home, 1404 Tappahannock Blvd., Tappahannock. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, Dec. 7 at 3 p.m. at Union Hope Baptist Church, Center Cross. The interment will be in the church cemetery.
