The viewing will be held on Friday, August 16 from 3-6 p.m. at Washington Funeral Home, Tappahannock. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 17 at 2 p.m. at New Liberty Baptist Church, 33030 Sparta Rd., Milford. Rev. Dr. Willie T. Carter, Pastor. The interment will be in the church cemetery
