Herbert Emerson Pettiford

Herbert Emerson Pettiford, 84, of Richmond departed this life on Oct. 25.  He born in Dunnsville, Virginia on June 7, 1941.

Herbert is survived by two loving sons: Juan (Barbara) and Shawn Pettiford, his grandchildren: Alexander "Rashad", Jurni Mary, and Devin Pettiford, Amber Volk, Jacob, Amber and Kaleb Byrd; many great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The viewing will be held on Sunday, Nov. 2 at Angel Visit Baptist Church, 29566 Tidewater Trail, Dunnsville from 4-6 p.m., where the funeral service will be held on Monday, Nov. 3 at 11 a.m. The interment will be in the church cemetery
