Gladys Patricia Robinson

Gladys P. Robinson, 78, of Aylett departed this life on April 2 at her residence.

She is survived by a daughter, Lisa Mayo (Stanley) of Richmond, her devoted grandson, Brian Burchett of Aylett, six sisters: Fannie Haley, Jackie Cosby, Henrietta Pollard Beyah, Ruth DeBerry-Trice (James), Maurice Holloway (Norman) and Tanana White (Thedios); eight brothers: Lynn Ford Sr. (Erlene), George Robinson (Lillie), William Robinson (Joy), Andrew Robinson Sr. (Celester), Dwight Robinson (Patricia), Philip Pollard, Alton Howell (Mamie) and Melvin Howell; her grandchildren: Vincent Burchett (Stephanie), Yameshia Smith (Aubrey), Arieta Robinson, Moneka Kee, Addonis Robinson, Markesha Kee, Shante Robinson, Mercedes Robinson, Stanesha Jefferson (Malik), Nautica Robinson and Jeffery Marlow Robinson, Jr. and 11 great grandchildren.

The viewing will be held on Tuesday, April 8 from 4-7 p.m. at Providence Baptist Church, 4570 Dorrell Rd., Aylett, where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 9. The interment will be in the church cemetery.
