George Samuel Barkley

George S. Barkley, 93, of Center Cross departed this life on Wednesday, April 7 at his residence.

He is survived by his wife, Gladys Barkley and two daughters: Renee’ Barham of Baltimore, MD and Denyse Barkley of Bowie, MD.

A viewing will be held on Friday, April 16 from 2-5 p.m. here at Washington Funeral Home. A private memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 17 at 11 a.m. in the Washington Funeral Home chapel, Tappahannock.
