Eugene Conwell Lee

Eugene Conwell Lee, 94, of Washington, DC formerly of Essex County departed this life on August 6 at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Washington, DC.

He is survived by one daughter, Jocelyn Chadwell (Keith), two brothers: Raymond (Rachel) and Dennis Lee; four granddaughters: Brittany, Jade, Amber and Taylor; six great-grandchildren: Maddox, Mercer, Josh, Levi, Jelani and Kingston; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The viewing will be held on Friday, August 16 from 10 – 11 a.m. in the Washington Funeral Home Chapel, 1404 Tappahannock Blvd., Tappahannock where the funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. The interment will be held in the Veterans Cemetery in Amelia on Monday, August 19.
