Elsie Christine Gentry

Elsie Christine Gentry, 78, of Tappahannock departed this life on Feb. 23 at her residence.

She is survived by a daughter, Regina Stansbury of New Castle, DE, three sons: Reginald Gentry of Delaware, Gregory Gentry and Eric Gentry both of Philadelphia, PA and a brother, Charles Robb of Tappahannock.

The viewing will be held on March 6 from 4-6 p.m. at Washington Funeral Home, Tappahannock. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 7 at 3 p.m. at New Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 488 Warings Mill Rd., Caret. The interment will immediately follow in the Antioch Baptist Church cemetery, 454 Lloyds Rd., Champlain.
