Dorothy Mae Green

Dorothy Mae Green, 71, of Caret departed this life on Friday, November 15 in a Mechanicsville hospital.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph “Joe” Green, four daughters: Junice Johnson (Donald) and Cora “Bernie” Green all of Tappahannock, Faith Gaskins (Leo) of Champlain and Joanne Lindsey (Alvin) of Center Cross; one sister, Mattie “Baby Sis” Epps of Philadelphia, PA, six grandchildren: Courtney, Leo Jr., Ashlee, Aleesha, Joseph and Shadya; five great grandchildren: Nevaeh, Cameron, Kamdyn, Mason and Mariah, a special niece, Lillian Pollard and a brother-in-law, Alfred Johnson Sr.

There will be a memorial service on Saturday, November 23 at 11 a.m. at Antioch Baptist Church, Champlain. Rev. Daniel Goodall, Pastor.
