Deaconess Elsie Mae Samuel

Deaconess Elsie M. Samuel, 79, of Hustle departed this life on March 22 at her residence.

She is survived by her husband, Leon Samuel, two daughters: Cheryl Samuel of Forestville, MD and Gwen Bryant of Hustle and a son, Leon L. Samuel (Candy) of Waldorf, MD.

The viewing will be held on Friday, March 31 from 4-7 p.m. at Washington Funeral Home, 1404 Tappahannock Blvd., Tappahannock. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 1 at 11 a.m. at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 3207 Quarter Hill Rd., Supply. Rev. Irving Woolfolk Jr., Pastor. The interment will be in the church cemetery.
