Charlotte Ann Morris

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Charlotte Ann Morris on May 5, 2025. A beloved mother and devoted wife (Husband preceded in death Clarence William Morris), Charlotte touched the lives of many with her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love.

Charlotte is survived by her six cherished sons: Clarence Morris of Dunnsville, Virginia; Leslie T. Morris of Tappahannock, Virginia; Ronald Morris of Dunnsville, Virginia; Donald Morris of Saint Stephens Church, Virginia; Jerome Morris of King William, Virginia; and Wayne Morris of Saint Stephens, Virginia. Each of her sons carries with them the loving spirit and values she instilled in them throughout their lives.

Charlotte's legacy of love, compassion, and dedication to her family will always be remembered. She was not just a mother to her sons but also a guiding light and friend to all who knew her. Her smile & generous heart will be deeply missed.

A viewing will be held on May 10, 2025, at 10 AM at Essex  High School, followed with funeral service at 11 AM. Friends, family, and the community are invited to come together to celebrate her life and share memories of the remarkable woman she was.

Following the service, Charlotte will be laid to rest at Oak Grove Baptist Church, where she will join her loved ones in eternal peace.

Charlotte Ann Morris will forever be remembered for her unwavering love, remarkable spirit, and the profound impact she had on all who were fortunate to know her.
