Charles Daniel Randolph, 72, of Baltimore formerly of St. Stephens Church departed this life on July 5.

A viewing will be held on Friday, July 17 from 10-11 a.m. at Washington Funeral Home, Tappahannock with a graveside service immediately following at 12 noon at First Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Newtown. Rev. Drucilla Pollard, Pastor.
