Charles Samuel Dixson, Sr.

Charles Samuel Dixson Sr., 82, of Churchview departed this life on July 1 at his residence.

He is survived by three daughters: Patricia Payne, Teresa Dixson and Debra Lomax all of Churchview, a son, Charles Samuel Dixson Jr. of Tappahannock and a brother, Edward Dixson of Dunnsville.

The viewing will be on Thursday, July 6 from 3-6 p.m. at Washington Funeral Home, 1404 Tappahannock Blvd., Tappahannock. The funeral service will be held on Friday, July 7 at 11 a.m. at St. John Baptist Church, 155 St. John Church Rd., Tappahannock.
