Brenda Smith Gaines

Brenda Carol Smith Gaines, 50, of Tappahannock departed this life on Thursday, March 21.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Gaines, her mother, Corine Smith, three sisters: Roslyn Smith of Tappahannock, Lisa Moore and Rezetta Daugherly both of Richmond and Zora Smith of Chesterfield and one brother, Elmer Smith, Jr. of Ruther Glen.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 28 at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church, Tappahannock, with a viewing one hour before the service from 10 to 11 a.m. The interment will be in the church cemetery
