Brandon Ja'Quan Dixson

Brandon J. Dixson, 26, of Roanoke formerly of Tappahannock departed this life on July 19.

He is survived by his mother, Sarah E. Dixson of Tappahannock, his father, Kim Sydnor (Elaine) of Roanoke, his brothers: Orlando Sydnor of New York and Marcus Sydnor of Roanoke, his sisters: Sydney Sydnor, Elashya Sydnor and Rashawnda Osborne all of Roanoke, his grandfather, Edward T. Dixson Jr. of Dunnsville and his grandmother, Geraldine Williams of Farnham.  He is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

The viewings will be on Thursday, July 28 from 3-7 p.m. at Washington Funeral Home, Tappahannock and Friday, July 29 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at St. John Baptist Church, Tappahannock. The funeral service will be on Friday, July 29 at 1 p.m. Rev. Jonathan Mercer, Pastor
