Bernice Beverly Obituary

Deaconess Bernice Beverly "Tootsie", 85 of Champlain departed this life on Friday, August 31 at Riverside Tappahannock Hospital.

She is survived by two sons: James Jr. of Essex County and Clyde (Emma) of Richmond; three daughters: Dorothy, Joyce and Dorether and two sisters: Delores Green and Ada Mae Ashlock all of Essex County.

The viewing will be held on Friday, September 7 from 2-6 p.m. here at Washington Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 8 at 11 a.m. at Antioch Baptist Church, Champlain. Rev. Daniel A. Goodall, Pastor. The interment will be in the church cemetery.
