Barbara Ann Brown

Barbara Ann Brown, 62, of St. Stephens Church departed this life on July 13.

She is survived by a son, Jerry W. Brown (Liz) of Winston, GA, a sister, Doris Beasley of Bowling Green, a brother, Jerry Brown and her life-partner, Melvin Byrd both of St. Stephens Church.

The viewing will be held on Friday, July 16 from 3-6 p.m. here at Washington Funeral Home, Tappahannock. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 17 at 11 a.m. at Jerusalem Baptist Church, Sparta. Rev. Jared Beasley, Pastor officiating. Rev. Drucilla Pollard, Eulogist. The interment will be held at First Mt. Olive Baptist Church cemetery, Newtown.
