Barbara Ann (Tompkins) Blagmon

Barbara Ann Tompkins Blagmon, 75, of Brandywine, MD formerly of Essex County departed this life on Feb. 15.

She is survived by two sons: Raymond Blagmon and Matthew Blagmon; a daughter, Veronica Shepherd, grandchildren: Christian Shepherd, Danielle Blagmon, Nicolas Blagmon, Kimberly Blagmon, Patima Blagmon, Tiffany, and one great granddaughter, Chloe Blagmon, along with a host of other relatives.

The viewing will be held on Saturday, February 28 from 12-2 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 401 Marsh St., Tappahannock, where the funeral service will immediately follow at 2 p.m. The interment will be in the church cemetery.
