Alvin Rene Lewis

Alvin Rene Lewis, 62, of Tappahannock departed this life on May 20,

He is survived by his wife, Darlene Jackson Lewis, a daughter, Bonita Gray (Matthew) and a step-son, Earl “Chris” Jackson (Michelle) of Tappahannock, a sister, Linda Lewis, two brothers: Thomas Lewis (Sarah) of Texas and John Lewis (Florence) of Virginia Beach.

The viewing will be held on Friday, June 9 from 3-7 p.m. at Washington Funeral Home, 1404 Tappahannock Blvd., Tappahannock. The funeral service will be held on June 10 at 11 a.m. at Wayland Baptist Church, 10809 The Trail, Stevensville. The interment will be in the Lewis Family Cemetery at their residence.
