James Arther Hackett III, 5, of Caret, departed this life on November 21.

He is survived by his parents: Rosalee Hackett and James Arther Hackett, Jr.; two sisters: Ja’Niyah Hackett and Lypria Hackett; two brothers: Jameson Hackett and Anthony Rich, Jr.; his grandparents: James Hackett, Sr. and Linda Hackett and Sandra Redd and Tony Redd.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 1 at 1:00 p.m. at Good Hope Baptist Church, 17223 Good Hope Road, King George, where there will be a viewing one hour prior to the funeral service. Rev. Arthur Washington, Pastor. The interment will be in the Lomax/McDowney Family Cemetery, 657 Chastine Drive, King George, VA.. Online condolences can be made to washingtonfh.com.
