Elsie Irene Dabney, 81, of St. Stephens Church departed this life on September 8 in Williamsburg.
She is survived by three sons: James M. Dabney, Jr., Lonnie D. Dabney and Tracy W. Dabney (Sharon); two sisters: Gladys Nuckols and Hilda V. Coad and one brother, Sherman Johnson (Doris).
The viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 12 from 1-6 p.m. here at Washington Funeral Home, Tappahannock. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 13 at First Mt. Olive Baptist Church, Newtown. Rev. Drucilla Tate, Pastor. The interment will be in the church cemetery
